Using The Menu On The Left

Browse through the menu of main categories on the left of the screen.
By clicking on it the menu will expand with sub categories. |

Click on your choice and the filtered products with pictures and descriptions will be displayed on the page. |

Viewing Products
|
|
Clicking a product's thumbnail (small) picture will enlarge it. |
|
Clicking on a product's description will display more details
i.e. the product specifications.

Adding Products To Cart
|
|
Once you have found the component you want to buy, click on the
"Add to Cart"
button and you will be taken to your cart. Here you will see that the selected product is added to cart,
and the total of the quote updated.

To change the amount of the product you want to buy, change the number next
to the product description. After changing the amount you have to click on "Update Cart".
|
|
You can also remove a product by clicking on the Red Cross ( ) next to the component you want to remove. |

If you want more products, click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the quote.

Requesting a Quote

When you are done adding products to the cart, click on the "Request Quote" button.
This will take you to a new screen.

Fill in your contact details. (All fields marked with the red star (*) are required) |

We will send the revised quote to the email address you enter.
|

We will send your products to the physical address you enter.
|
|
If you are purchasing the products through your company, select "My Company Name" and fill in your company
details, including VAT number.

There is a "Comments" window at the bottom where you can type in any request you have. |
|
You have the option to view your cart again. This option is at the top of the screen. Do this by clicking on the
'Show/Hide Details' option next to your cart totals.

Once you have entered all your details, click on the "Submit details" button.

Placing the Order
|
|
The "STEP3" page will appear with your reference number. An email will be send to your mailbox with the
details of your order and your reference number. Build-A-PC sales will receive the request and check for
compatibility and send it back with revised prices and with the shipping fee included.
|
|
When you receive the quote(valid for 5 days), you can make payment into the account via EFT and when the money
is cleared in the account the order will be placed with our suppliers and the shipment should be by you door
step in 5 days from clearance. An invoice will be emailed to you.

After placing the order you can Browse further. |
